Our Story

Built by sellers, for sellers

syncallin wasn't designed on a whiteboard for a market we'd read about. It grew out of our own inventory — the same stock we were counting, shipping, and losing sleep over ourselves.

How We Got Here

From a simple spreadsheet tool to a full platform

  1. The Early Days

A small desktop database, built to survive one warehouse

Years before syncallin existed, we were a small team running our own product business, keeping track of stock the way a lot of small sellers still do — in an old Access database, patched together to answer one question: what do we actually have, and where is it?

  2. Growing Online

Selling across Amazon, Etsy, Shopify, and beyond

As our own business grew and we started selling across more marketplaces at once, that single spreadsheet-era tool couldn't keep up. Every new marketplace meant another place stock could go out of sync, another report to reconcile by hand, another way to oversell something we didn't actually have.

  3. Feeling the Real Cost

Every "enterprise" tool we looked at was built for someone bigger than us

We looked at what else was out there, and kept running into the same wall: platforms priced and built for sellers with warehouses full-time staff and enterprise budgets — not a small team doing the picking, packing, and label-printing themselves.

  4. Building syncallin

We built the tool we actually needed — then decided to share it

So we built it ourselves: a system that runs our own catalog, warehouses, and marketplace shipments end to end, processing what it can locally instead of leaning on the same expensive infrastructure everyone else charges you for. It's still the system running our own business today — we just opened it up, so other small sellers dealing with the exact same problem don't have to build their own from scratch.

Who We Build For

Small sellers, not enterprise accounts

We're a small company ourselves, still close to the day-to-day of running an ecommerce operation. syncallin is built for sellers in the same position we were in — real inventory to manage, real marketplaces to keep in sync, and no appetite to pay for infrastructure sized for a business ten times their own.

That's also why the platform keeps evolving. It's still actively shaped by real use, not a finished product we consider done.

"We're always listening. If there's a module or a workflow you need that we don't have yet, tell us — customer recommendations are exactly how this platform keeps growing."
